Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the item immediately upon receiving your order. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), bespoke items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a particular item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process and credit the refund.

Receiving Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods: If you receive damaged or defective goods, or if the goods received do not match your order, please email customer service at service@minidogbed.com with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue!

Gifts: Items received as gifts must be accompanied by an order receipt and can only be used for exchanges or to earn store points. Refunds to the original payment account are only applicable to the original purchaser.

Buy One Get One Free Promotional Items: For items purchased during the Buy One Get One Free promotion, the return process is as follows:

Full Order Return: Both items purchased during the promotion must be returned together to receive a full refund.

Partial Returns: If only the higher-priced item is returned, the refund amount will be less the value of the retained discounted item or gift.

Discounts or gifts in promotional orders cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges: Items in online orders can be exchanged as long as they are in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, and all tags intact). Please note that sale items are final sale items and cannot be exchanged. We can only send out replacement items after receiving the original item you purchased. Replacement items cannot be exchanged again. You can also bring eligible items to our physical stores for returns or exchanges.

Promotional Activities: Unless otherwise stated, full-price items purchased online at a promotional discount can be returned according to standard return conditions. Sale items are non-refundable after sale.

Returning Online Orders by Mail: Please seal the returned items together with your order receipt. Return shipping costs are prepaid, and you can choose any courier company.
